Brunch is Back at Canard! Book Your Seafood Tower For This Weekend
Book your table now for our brand new Seafood Tower brunch! This brunch is a different Canard experience for a much different time, stocked with the best seafood of the season. The brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays. For $120 you can secure a reservation and pre-order your tower. Each tower generously feeds two and will include a dozen Oysters, 1/2 dozen Chilled Mussels, 1/2 dozen Prawn Cocktail, Crab Spring Rolls, Salmon Rillettes, Albacore Crudo, and Oeufs en Mayonnaise.
A boutique seafood case was part of the original vision for Canard, but things took off and we never slowed down enough to make this dream happen. Now we’re bringing fresh seafood to the forefront thanks to Canard’s chef de cuisine Taylor Daughtery, a fan of the classic seafood tower. All towers come with bread and butter and optional add ons including: Old Bay Fries; Market Greens Salad crunchy quinoa, honey herbs-de-Provence; Foie Gras French Toast; and soft serve sundaes like the Bananas “Foie-ster” Sundae and Funfetti Sundae.
The beverage program centers around champagne and white wines picked perfectly for fresh seafood by Andy. We also have brunch standards like mimosas and a clarified Bloody Mary.
Reservations are required and are available now through Resy. There will be outdoor seating and distanced indoor seating at two seating times, 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Canard will reopen in the evenings for our regular menu of Steam Burgers, Oysters, wines, and more, available to stay, to go or for delivery.
