Seasonal Cocktails February 2020

February 12, 2020

Header logo and sazerac

With whispers of warmer days peeking over the horizon, we’re happy to bring you another host of staff inspirations on the new cocktail menu..
We’ve engineered a golden beet gastrique to mix with agricole rhum, Bärenjäger, lemon, absinthe, egg white, and honeycomb for Hundred Are Wood. The plantain cordial in The Wild Bunch sings with tequila, Ancho Reyes chili verde liqueur, and lime. Velvet Goldmine combines Irish whiskey with a framboise grenadine and peanut butter porter. Last but not least, Brownstone returns for the succulent, warming take on an old fashioned – with brown butter-washed bourbon, Frangelico, Cynar, Cocchi vermouth di Torino.

So take a gander at the latest offerings, and swing in to sample some of our boozy fare!  Cheers,

The Gang at Teardrop
