The Batida Bizarro is some wild, rambunctious interpretation of the luscious Brazilian classic: Novo Fogo cachaça, macadamia nuts, dates, galangal, condensed milk, lime, and watercress. The profoundly meditative Spirit of the Beehive features a bee pollen-infused Trä-Kál Patagonian spirit, accompanied by an otherworldly Basque quinquina made from unfiltered cider, mixed with white tea, versus, & Chinese bitters. And we round it all out with the return of the Brownstone: a graham cracker-infused bourbon, nestled in a glass with Scarpa vermouth di Torino, Cynar, Frangelico, & chocolate bitters.
