Sabbatical Has Been Great!

February 27, 2019

Miss me?!  I miss you.

Sabbatical has been awesome:
I have spent the past 4 months feeding people affected by the fires in Northern California, feeding refugees in Mexico, visiting friends and family, touring Israel, doing a bunch of yoga, and sleeping in almost every day. It’s been really good!

I am also writing a new book, The Chicken Soup Manifesto, a celebration of chicken soups influenced by cultures all over the world. It is a very delicious project!  The book will be released in Australian/NZ/Tasmania Fall 2020 (US spring) and UK and North America fall 2020. I promise to keep you updated. I’m posting soups as I recipe test on social media.

I’m cooking in Austin at SXSW on 3.10 with Andrew Zimmern, Tyson Cole, Rene Ortiz, Sonya Cote, Paul Bartolotta, Nicholas Yanes, and Philip Speer. See you soon Austin!

And, watch me on social media. I’ve got a ton of delicious experiences happening!
