Southeast Portland’s seasonal bistro and cocktail bar welcomes fall with a rare all-night happy hour offered every Thursday beginning on Thursday, October 5th
PORTLAND, Ore. (October 2, 2017) – Rue, Southeast Portland’s seasonal bistro and cocktail bar, will launch a rare all-night happy hour available every Thursday beginning on October 5th. Known for its vegetable-forward, seasonally shifting menus developed by chef and owner Jason Roberts with executive chef Brandon Cunningham, Rue’s happy hour menu boasts a more playful side with dishes like the Jersey Burger, made with pork pâté, American cheese, and served on a potato bun. One of Southeast Portland’s best bar destinations, Rue’s cocktail program is led by lauded bar manager Jon Lewis, and boasts creative cocktails, often utilizing surprising and bold ingredients to craft balanced and thoughtful creations. On the Rue happy menu, cocktails are $2 off, and there are additional specials like house wines and discounts on beers as well as food. Rue’s all night happy hour will be offered throughout the restaurant every Thursday, from 5:00 – 11:00 p.m.
