Ruby Jewel’s Seasonal Strawberry Lemon ice cream sandwich

February 23, 2022

Say hello to the latest seasonal flavor from the all-natural ice cream sandwich brand

PORTLAND, Ore. – February 14, 2022

Ruby Jewel’s springtime creation, the Strawberry Lemon Ice Cream Sandwich, returns to retailers, helping you kick off the season with a fresh start. The sweet pairing of delectable strawberry ice cream and refreshing lemon cookies is only available for a limited time each spring.

The brand’s handmade ice cream is inspired by homegrown strawberries that founder Lisa Herlinger used to dip in sour cream and roll in brown sugar, alongside her grandmother. This irresistibly creamy ice cream rests between two zesty lemon cookies and comes together for a surprisingly light, yet indulgent treat.

Ruby Jewel consciously sources all of their high-quality, locally produced ingredients for each batch of ice cream sandwiches. Their milk and cream have never been treated with rBST.

Find Ruby Jewel Strawberry Lemon Ice Cream Sandwiches at leading natural and grocery retailers from coast-to-coast:
