Ripe Cooperative – Last Call For October!

October 12, 2021

LAST CALL FOR FALL

It’s time to stock up on all the late summer/early fall items in our marketplace!

We will be open this Thursday-Saturday from 12pm-6pm
for you to pick up baked goods, heat-and-serve meals, pastas and sauces, pantry staples, wines and more to fill your fridge.

Starting Sunday, October 17th, we’ll be closed for a fall break
to give our staff paid time off and some much-needed R&R.

We will re-open on November 5th with expanded hours, days, and (warm! dry!) patio seating.

HAVE DINNER READY FOR YOU

Make weeknight meal a piece of cake with our Cherrywood Smoked Revel Farms Porkchop, Naomi’s Wedding Chicken, Eggplant Parmesan, or Polenta Pie with lamb, sweet peppers, and Cantal cheese.

Pick up our farm-fresh salad greens – tender and light mixed greens from Gathering Together and Groundwork Farms, or green and red Belgian endive from Blue Truck Farms – and handmade Aged Balsamic and Sherry Vinaigrette or Hidden Willamette Valley dressings, and Buttermilk Sourdough Dinner Rolls to complete.

Pre-order for quick pick-up, or come in person to browse our current selection.

ENTERTAIN WITH EASE

Having friends or family over? Let us make the magic happen.

Start with our housemade Olive Oil Crackers and Smoked Gruyere Pimento Cheese Dip, iconic Chicken Bacon Liver Mousse, and/or house-marinated Gordal, Nicoise, and Castevetrano Olives.

For a big splash, pick up a Cheese Platter with local Cowbell Cheeses, candied nuts, seasonal fruits and housemade crackers.

Make it decadent with a perfectly poached Shrimp Cocktail and creamy Spinach and Dungeness Crab Dip.

Pair with a rich, elegant sparkling wine, or a lean, zesty, and austere white.
