PLUS, A FEW MORE WAYS TO SAVOR SPRING FLAVORS

Get ’em before they’re gone spring favorites for quick dinners and treats, including:

Cherrywood-Smoked Revel Farms Porkchop, dry-rubbed and cold-smoked to perfection for a fresh-off-the-grill flavor straight from your oven.

Blistered Groundwork Organics Blistered Sugar Snap Peas quickly pan-seared so they’re still crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, then tossed with mint, lemon zest, and fleur de sel.

Bright and light Asparagus Velouté topped with a peppery wild watercress puree.

Spring Carrot Cake with tender Groundwork Organics carrots, Oregon walnuts, and rich, tangy cream cheese frosting. This one is raisin-free, and trust us, you won’t miss them.

Our seasonal favorite Green Garlic Ravioli stuffed with sauteed asparagus, ricotta, and parmesan back in stock and ready pick-up. Toss it with our Spring Greens, Nettle, and Pistachio Pistou (like pesto, but with a perfect 1:1 ratio of greens to Parmigiano-Reggiano).

Rustic Chard and New Potato Soufflé with farmer’s market chard, freshly-dug yellow potatoes, egg, pecorino, and ricotta.

Lightly-roasted Japanese Turnips cooked until just tender and tossed with preserved Yuzu and olives.
