Ripe: Cool Meals for Hot Days

August 12, 2021

GET READY FOR THE HEATWAVE

As temperatures soar back into the 100s this weekend, we’ve got new ways to chill out.

This week, we’re focusing on cold dishes and sides on our (shady!) patio, including our Gem Wedge featuring little gems, summer herbs, roasted little gems, summer herbs, roasted beets, seeded croutons, and buttermilk ranch.

Or, pick up dinner to bring home, including our grill-ready Cherrywood Smoked Revel Farms Pork Chop, Roasted Beet and Heirloom Tomato Salad, Chilled Cucumber-Yogurt Soup with Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, and a cool, light-bodied white wine.

PLUS, CHILL NEW DESSERTS!
This week, Roasted Pineapple-Ginger Snap joins our line up of frozen custards, along with the return of Turkish Delight, our Tahitian Vanilla-Cardamom base, with fresh local apricot jam ribbons, and pistachio butter that debuted and quickly sold out last week.

Pick up a pint of any frozen custard, and we’ll give you a FREE SCOOP to cool off right away, ALL WEEKEND!

We’ve also added a beautiful Classic
Tiramisu
with Marsala sabayon, mascarpone, Coava coffee, and layers of ladyfingers to the menu- it is super chilled, and perfect for sharing (easily serves 2).

AND, AN OLD FAVORITE RETURNSWe are RE-RELEASING one of our most popular seasonal items – EGGPLANT PARM! Made with farm-fresh panko-crusted juicy eggplant, house marinara, and plenty of oozy melty mozzarella and zingy epic cheese blend. For those with A/C it’s perfect to pop in the oven to feed 4-6!
