PORTLAND, ORE. Craig Peterson, of RingSide Steakhouse, Micah Camden and Ndamukong Suh, of BAES Fried Chicken, recently opened ROCK, PAPER, FISH, a New England-style fish & chips house with a distinctly Northwest personality.
RingSide Steakhouse, helmed by Craig Peterson, has partnered with Micah Camden of BAES Fried Chicken, Blue Star Donuts and SuperDeluxe, as well as Portland-native and 5x NFL All-Pro defensive end Ndamukong Suh, to bring you a bit of golden fried goodness in a basket.
The menu is short and sweet with a focus on fish, such as fresh Alaskan halibut and Oregon Albacore that is delivered daily to enrich the flavor & texture. Or the Oregon shrimp and Dungeness crab roll on a toasted brioche roll, all served with House Fries that have a pillowy, potatoey inside with a golden crisp crunch that will rival any french fry in town.
Rock, Paper, Fish hours are Wednesday – Sunday from 11am to 9pm. You can place your orders for pick up through the website www.
Address: Rock, Paper, Fish is located at 2605 E. Burnside St.
All the best,
