As you may have heard, we may be reopening soon! With repeated 100-point health inspections and not a single DUI attributed to one of my restaurants in 25+ years, I have, standing upon my reputation as genuinely concerned about our community, offered to share my “supply-side” perspectives with the State and County in our common goal of restaurants reopening safely and sensibly. My county contact has intimated that I shouldn’t get my hopes up for next Friday but that we may be able to open in the very near future. Believe me, you will know as soon as I know! Until then…

grilled organic chicken breast, bacon, avocado and lettuce on a ciabatta roll – served with farm greens tossed in our house white balsamic dressing.
(Our sandwich comes on ciabatta, not a the stale hamburger bun used for this picture).
The Tavern Cobb
mixed greens, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, smoked bleu cheese, hard-boiled egg, basil cucumber yogurt dressing. (The picture above shows lunch’s poached egg rather than your hard boiled – which is necessary for take out).
You can call in your orders after 4:30!
