The first Bar Vivant / Pix offering…
Champagnes of Ulysse Collin

Olivier Collin took over the family’s vineyards in the Côteaux du Morin (southwest of the Côte des Blancs) after a stage with the famed Anselme Selosse. Chardonnay thrives on these chalky soils and Olivier showcases single vineyard sites with his ripe and expressive cuvées. All the wines are fermented in barrel using indigenous yeasts.
