Under Direction from Beverage Director David Shenaut, Restaurant Debuts Elaborate Seasonal Cocktail Menu
PORTLAND, OR. (October 17, 2017) – The dining room at Raven & Rose is now serving an elaborate, creatively tailored cocktail menu for the fall and winter seasons. Beverage Director David Shenaut and his team at the Historic Ladd Carriage House in Portland’s Arts District are offering guests elevated and seasonal favorites like Hot Buttered Rum and Scarlet Sangria.
The menu also features creative cocktail renditions like Winter is Coming with blackstrap rum, Fernet, lime, ginger, egg white, cream and seltzer, as well as Apple-y Ever After with Partida tequila, apple shrub, and “vegan foam” on the rocks. October sales from the Apple-y Ever After cocktail benefit breast cancer research during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Raven & Rose will continue to offer house favorite single-barrel spirits like the Ladd’s Manhattan and Sim’s Old Fashioned. Guests will also continue to have options from an impressive selection of draft beer, wine and tea.
The dining room at Raven & Rose is open for lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. and for dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. as well as Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
