Rainy Day Meals from Ripe Cooperative

March 21, 2022

APRIL SHOWERS BRING MAY FLOWERS…
But March showers… they just bring the need to cozy up and eat all of the pasta until spring officially arrives….

Fortunately, we’re doing all the work for you.

Enjoy a night (or day!) out with our café pastas, including Rigatoni with tomato vodka sauce, and grana padano; Bucatini Carbonara with house pancetta, egg yolk, cracked pepper blend, and parmesan; and Triple Cream Agnolotti with green garlic butter, controne pepper, Sardinian bottarga, and lemon. Let our team pair it with a beautiful wine by the glass or bottle.

If you want a night in, bring home our fresh pastas including bronze-die-cut Creste di Gallo, Fancy Shells, Mafaldine, and Rigatoni, and housemade jarred sauces including Lamb Ragu, Bolognese, and Tomato Vodka. Make sure to grab some Epic Cheese Blend for the perfect topping.

Shop our marketplace online or in-person all weekend!

PLUS, NEW IN THE CAFÉ

Meet our NEW spring Chicken Roulade with squab and prosciutto mousseline, braised baby fennel, and tarragon-creme fraiche jus.

We’re open from 12pm-8pm Thursday-Saturday and 12pm-5pm.

Come and try for yourself, and check out our daily focaccia, seasonal frozen custard flavors and more!
