Pam Walden’s wines are made using carefully managed Oregon grapes and are fermented using native, wild yeasts. This process creates a more complex wine and produces the greatest expression of the terroir. She uses new oak to maintain focus on the fruit and strives to create wines that are elegant, nuanced and cellar-worthy. Willful Wine Company was named “Oregon Winery to Watch” by Wine Press NW Magazine for 2017.  “Pam carefully sources her fruit from around the Willamette Valley to craft an excellent example of Oregon’s unique Pinot Noir style,” says Chris Cooper, wine manager at Quaintrelle.
