PORTLAND, OR. – (Dec. 10, 2021) – Quaintrelle, an acclaimed restaurant with chef-driven tasting menus and craft cocktails, will host holiday prix fixe menus for Christmas Eve on Friday, December 24th and on New Year’s Eve on Friday, December 31st with indoor and outdoor dining options at its new location at 2032 SE Clinton Street.
Chef Ryley Eckersley has created a “Feast of the Five Fishes” pescatarian Christmas Eve feast, with reservations available from 5-7:30 p.m. Tickets are now available for $185 per person, which includes dinner and wine pairings selected by wine director Chris Cooper, excluding gratuity.
In addition, Chef Eckersley has created a one-of-a-kind nine-course tasting menu designed to ring in the new year, with seatings available at 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 31. Tickets are now available for $175 per person, excluding gratuity, with optional wine pairings, special bubbles selections and craft cocktails, from acclaimed bar manager Camille Cavan.

Caviar with frozen Zabaglione
- Oysters, geoduck, mussels on ice with all the things
- Fritto Misto; squid, delicata, fennel, Meyer lemon, olives, aioli
- Pesco crudo; albacore, all the citrus, black garlic, tonnato, sexy olive oil
- Crab cannelloni
Toma della Rocca, pear mostarda, “amaretti”
New Year’s Eve Nine-Course Tasting Menu:
Oeufs au caviar et aïoli
- Oysters, moules, geoduck on ice with all the things
- “Crab larb”
- Lobster fried rice
- “Foie-rerro rocher”
- Apple, yuzu, wasabi
- A5 Wagyu, chanterelle, “Jaeger Sauce”
- Mont Blanc Tart
Soumantrain, dijon butter, celery, ginger snap
