COVID-19 PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
When we reopened, we carefully considered all aspects necessary to keep our staff and our guests safe. We’re consistently following CDC, Oregon Health Authority, and Multnomah County Health Department guidelines. As these guidelines change. We will remain transparent in our safety efforts. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to inquire by email at info@q-portland.com
We kindly ask that you make a reservation. Give us a call before walking in, and we’ll save you a spot! For Covid-19 contact tracing purposes, we require; a first name, last name and phone number for one guest in the party.
We are not allowed to exceed 25%/and the maximum of 50 people including staff. So we have space for diners, we will not have a waiting area inside the restaurant. As you plan also keep in mind there is a maximum of 6 people per party.
We are limited to 10 tables inside, so please be prompt for your reservation time as there are reservations on the table after yours. Let us know beforehand if you feel you will need additional time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Due to Covid-19, and for the benefit of our guests/employee’s health; we are keeping the windows cracked open to allow air flow. We have the heat on to help keep everyone warm when temperatures are low, but we do recommend that as the weather cools to dress accordingly.
Outdoor seating is available: let us know if you’d prefer to dine al fresco. We’ll do our best to honor special requests.
Wear a mask, it’s required! Masks are required when entering the restaurant and walking around common areas (this includes outside on our patio). Masks are prefered while engaging with our staff when they are at your table taking your order or delivering food and drink. Masks are recommended when you are not eating or drinking. We want to be able to stay open and serve you great food while keeping everyone safe.
All tables are spaced six feet apart, from table to table and chair to chair. We are thoroughly sanitizing between seatings and providing a clean sanitized pen for signing receipts. Every 30 minutes the common areas are sanitized.
We have marked floor signs to aid in keeping a safe six feet distance throughout our restaurant when up and walking around. However we do ask that standing and mingling in the walkways is avoided to allow staff and guests getting seated or making their way to the restroom have the space to do so safely.
Everyone on our team takes their temperature before beginning their shift, it is then logged for record. In the event a team member has a temperature they are sent home and can’t return to work until they have a doctor’s note or negative test results. We provide appropriate personal protective equipment to everyone on staff.
There is hand sanitizer throughout the restaurant for guests/employees to use.
We appreciate your patience and thank you for your continued support.
We are so excited to be back!
