Alto Bajo – located at the Hi-Lo Hotel in downtown Portland – has four private dining rooms available to reserve. The entire restaurant is also available for buyouts. Oregon’s original craft brewery – located in the Pearl District – is the prime venue to hold post-holiday gatherings in January and February for those who are too busy to host parties before the new year. BridgePort features two private dining spaces that are available from 8am-10pm during the week and until 11pm on weekends. The Heritage Room delivers historic charm with modern amenities and can accommodate up to 115 people depending on the event’s style. Boke Bowl offers buyouts for private events at both its Eastside and Westside locations with space for up to 60 people. Catering options closely follow the Portland-style ramen restaurant’s main menu. Days and times are subject to availability. Inquiries can be made by email.
Eatery at The Grant House – a beautifully maintained home built in 1846 for commanding officers located on Officers Row at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site – offers several options for private dining experiences. The North and South Parlors are cozy and perfect for holding more intimate dining experiences for up to 12 guests. The Fowler and Club Dining Rooms are great for larger parties and can each accommodate up to 25 people for a plated dinner or up to 40 guests for a mix-and-mingle reception and self-serve buffet. Irving Street Kitchen – located in the Pearl District – boasts multiple options in its beautiful space for private events of all sizes. The Private Dining Room can accommodate small groups of ten and up to 60 guests for seated dinners or 100 people for standing receptions. A buyout of the Main Dining Room is available to host as many as 300 people for a standing reception. Jackrabbit – located inside the stunning Duniway Hotel in Downtown Portland – offers multiple private dining options. Private Dining Room I and Private Dining Room ll can accommodate up to 18 guests for a seated dinner. Separately, each room is available for seated dinners with up to eight guests each. The Rabbit Hole is perfect for up to seven people and is exclusively designed for executive dinners with a chef’s table. Its Semi-Private Space can accommodate up to 34 guests for a seated dinner or up to 50 for a standing reception. A full buyout for 200 guests is also available. Private events held between November 23rd and December 30th, 2018 and booked before October 1st will get either a complimentary sparkling toast or a chef’s choice welcome appetizer. The iconic RingSide Steakhouse offers two private dining experiences. The Barrel Room is a wine cellar-inspired private space that seats up to 40 people and 65 for a standing reception. Family-friendly Rally Pizza – located in central Vancouver – offers space for groups of all sizes, up to 80 seated or 100 standing for a full restaurant buyout. Private events can be accommodated during regular dining hours, every day from 11am-9pm. The restaurant specializes in Neapolitan-style pizzas and creative frozen custards. The Northeast Portland Basque-inspired restaurant is perfect for small, intimate gatherings. A minimum of 15 people can reserve half the restaurant. Parties of 15 to 35 guests can have a private evening to themselves! Urdaneta offers large party menus for including pintxos, tapas or a family-style dinner with each seasonal menu completely customizable. Mondays are an ideal night for private events. The Waiting Room’s tucked-away cocktail bar, known as Lafitte’s Room, is available for private evening social gatherings, daytime meetings or Sunday champagne brunches.
