We’ve paired the meal with a gorgeous 2020 Selene ‘Cuvée de Printemps’ from Beaujolais, France.It’s 100% Gamay from 20-80 year old vines, biodynamically farmed by young winemaker Sylvere Trichard within the Beaujolais Villages appellation of Burgundy. Carbonic maceration is used in the cellar, which adds a fresh, floral quality to the wine. Aromas of black currant and violets with a light body, bright acidity and silky tannins. I’ts great slightly chilled.Plus, our friends at Colibri are making stunning holiday centerpieces to adorn your table. Each medium-sized centerpiece comes with a vase.
