Portland restaurant known as “Boxer Ramen” reopens and rebrands as “Boxer”

February 18, 2022

The ramen shop known as “Boxer Ramen” just reopened last week!

There were five locations prior to the pandemic but were forced to close. Last week, the restaurant moved to NW 23rd and Savier St. (1668 NW 23rd) and reopened as “Boxer.” Boxer has doubled its menu. It expanded from just ramen to serving ramen, sushi, sake and cocktails. The restaurant is open for lunch, happy hour and dinner and their hours are Wed. – Sunday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
