Portland, Ore. (June 20, 2015) – HOTLIPS Soda, in partnership with PINTS Brewing, is releasing the third in its series of collaborative brews to coincide with National Radler Day, June 22nd. This limited-release Radler, dubbed “Seismic Squeeze,” is the refreshing lovechild of PINTS’ Seismic IPA and HOTLIPS Lemon Soda.
The Seismic Squeeze represents the third in a rotating series of Radlers that HOTLIPS will be producing in partnership with local breweries. Seismic Squeeze will be on tap while the supply lasts at all six HOTLIPS restaurants in Portland, at Pints Urban Taproom in Portland’s Old Town, located at 412 NW 5th Avenue, as well as at craft beer outlets supplied by PINTS Brewing or their distribution partner Alebriated Distribution.
“Together, we’ve created something that bridges the gap between Radler fans and IPA loyalists,” said Alan Taylor, Brewmaster at PINTS. “Seismic Squeeze packs a little more punch than a traditional Radler at 4.3% ABV, and the slightly sweet soda with the citrus aromatics is a great compliment to our hoppy Seismic IPA.”

PINTS’ Seismic IPA is dry-hopped and unfiltered, with an appealing bitterness and hop flavors of citrus, pine, wood and stone fruit. HOTLIPS’ Lemon Soda is bright and brisk with soft bubbles, just sweet enough to take the edge off. With a higher alcohol content than a standard Radler, and an IBU of 52, this beverage will appeal to beer drinkers who are looking for something aromatic and hoppy, yet refreshing this summer.
HOTLIPS’ previous collaboration with Backwoods Brewing Company, Super Radler, will continue to be available all summer long at establishments served by Point Blank Distribution.

ABOUT PINTS URBAN BREWERY
PINTS started its brewing operations in Old Town Portland in 2012.
