Learn to Cook, Eat Well, Feed the Unemployed!

At Tavern on Kruse, our “Take Out” dinner program is allowing us to serve 130-150 meals this week to families of those who lost their jobs in the last couple of weeks.

Friday, March 20th
Seared Scallop Clam Chowder
Lemon Gnocchi & Warm Winter Salad

Tuesday, March 24th
Surf & Turf
Horseradish Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes
Creamed Spinach in Brown Butter Sauce
Friday, March 27th
Apple & Fontina Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Roulade
Savory Sausage & Mushroom Savory Bread Pudding, Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday, March 31th
Red Wine & Veal Stock Braised
Beef Shortribs
White Cheddar Polenta,
Humboldt Fog Savory Torte,
Tavern House Salad
Every dinner comes 75-85% prepared for you.
Each has a “behind the scenes / how to finish” video.
You just watch the video and then “fire and plate.”
