Cherry and candied nectarine compote, grilled summer squash, white cheddar southern-style grits, sweet corn butter sauce (dinner).
Atop Israeli couscous served with mussels steamed in a smoked tomato fumé and finished with orange sambuca butter, tapenade of orange, fennel and olive (dinner).
Pan-seared salmon over crispy potato, fennel, bell pepper and heirloom tomato topped with chive crème fraîche, fried capers and an egg (brunch).
MIXED SUMMER BERRY SHORTCAKE
Served with sweet biscuits and vanilla chantilly (dessert).
ATLANTIC JUMBO PAN-SEARED SCALLOPS
Chevre-stuffed tempura squash blossoms, zucchini salad with watermelon and watermelon radishes, cilantro & charred poblano dressing, corn and ginger drizzle (dinner).

Eggplant, heirloom tomato, basil-marinated zucchini squash, peppers, onions, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta spread seasoned with basil and lemon served on a focaccia roll with garlic aioli – choice of fries or greens (lunch & dinner).

Topped with smoky rogue bleu cheese butter, heirloom tomato and Japanese eggplant marmalade, served on horseradish potato purée and cornmeal-crusted fried green tomatoes (dinner).
