Celebrate summer with a one-of-a-kind restaurant-wide bash at Perlot!
Portland, Ore., (August 3, 2018) – On Sunday, August 19th, Perlot welcomes you to join them for a one-of-a-kind Pig & Oyster Roast summer celebration! Guests will be able to indulge in a Mexican-inspired feast prepared by Executive Chef Patrick McKee while enjoying live jazz music from New Orleans native Devin Phillips. Chef Patrick McKee will be serving up a full spread of raw and grilled oysters, whole roasted Tails n Trotters pork shoulder in spiced adobo wrapped in banana leaf (inspired by Chef Patrick’s wife’s family, native to San Luis Potosí) and a variety of coal roasted veggies.
