About Heidi Lovig and Heidi Ho!
Heidi Ho! was founded in 2012 as the only organic non-dairy cheese brand on the market. Since then, Heidi Ho! has been a mission-driven company that defies the status quo with crave-worthy plant powered foods made with clean ingredients that are better for people and the planet.
Founder, Heidi Lovig, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and trained under celebrity chef Peter Merriman on the Big Island of Hawaii, followed by a stint at Departure restaurant in Portland, Oregon, developing vegan menu options alongside Chef Gregory Gourdet.
Lovig secured partial financing for Heidi Ho! on the hit television show Shark Tank with shark Lori Greiner. Heidi Ho! launched at the PSU Portland Farmers Market, was discovered by Whole Foods, supported by their Local Vendor Loans Program and quickly became a national brand. Lovig continues to serve as a leader in the plant powered movement speaking as an inclusive voice at conferences and for companies promoting conscious capitalism, tattoos, faux hawks and bowties.
