An Ode to Paul Bocuse
We are enormously excited to be a part of this event, in memory of the late, great Chef Paul Bocuse. A prominent chef, with significant contributions to French cuisine via gastronomy and a focus on fresh, quality ingredients, Bocuse grew to be a highly admired mentor for chefs all over the world.
Chef Justin Woodward and Chef Aaron Barnett, along with sommeliers Brent Braun and Christopher Sky-Westmorland, will create an ode to Bocuse with 6 courses of sumptuous seasonal ingredients and seamless wine pairings.
The event will be held at St. Jack on Monday, April 30th, and offer 6 courses and 6 pairings for $150. The best part is, it’s all for a good cause! All proceeds will be donated to the Surfrider Foundation, and are to be matched by the Helen & Richard Philips Charitable Fund.
