Summery vegetarian dishes – available for pick-up August 6th & 7th

Paolo celebrates—and elevates!—the glorious tomato in two delicious preparations that come fully cooked, requiring only reheating.

Pappa al pomodoro  $18/quart (serves two)
the tuscan summer classic of tomato, basil, garlic & ‘olio bono’, thickened with Paolo’s homemade tuscan bread [vegan]  

Melanzane alla parmigiana  $60 (serves four)
five layers of eggplant, fresh pomarola, basil & parmigiano-reggiano [vegetarian]

Pick-up in inner SE Portland; advance payment by Venmo or cash accepted upon pick-up. We’ll provide payment details once we’ve confirmed your order.
