Oysters, Dumplings and Friendship – this Friday at Tournant
OYSTERS, DUMPLINGS AND FRIENDSHIP
Oyster Social returns this Friday as we welcome back chef-bartender duo Connor Martin and David Sigal of Mian, whose fresh takes on regional Chinese flavors translated through a painter’s palette of PNW ingredients are local legend. This one is especially close to our hearts, as proceeds will benefit our friend Conner Slevin, who is hard at work on the road to recovery after suffering a serious spinal injury while traveling in Mexico. You can help our cause by joining us at Tournant this Friday for freshly shucked oysters, whimsical cocktails, and shareable plates that beckon with layers of flavor alongside the first whispers of spring.

It’s always a pleasure to welcome back our friends and colleagues Chef Connor Martin and Bartender David Sigal of Mian to the Tournant kitchen. This time, it’s especially meaningful as proceeds from this evening will benefit the Conner Slevin Recovery Fund.
