OYSTER SOCIAL + SEAFOOD TAPAS guest-starring CONSERVA

It’s our final Oyster Social of the year, so we had to do something special. We’re delighted to welcome Leslie and Manuel from Conserva, who will be in house hand-slicing salty, fatty, wonderful Spanish Iberico de Bellota jamon to serve alongside our signature oyster service, raw bar selections and tapas-style small plates.
We’ll also be highlighting a selection of goodies from Conserva’s crave-worthy line of tinned seafood and pouring Spanish vermouth, sherry and wines. Click below to learn more about our tasty collaboration with Conserva.

SECRET SUPPER ~ WHITE FIR
Sunday, December 4th
If you haven’t yet joined us for a Secret Supper, you’re in for a treat. This wintry gathering will be extra cozy. Guests will gather around the hearth with a cocktail in hand, then sit at a long table shimmering with candlelight to enjoy the warm glow of a leisurely meal shared in fine company.
Tickets include a 5-course supper prepared by Tournant and the Secret Supper team, paired with wine and spirits. Take note: this supper will be located within Portland proper and the exact location will be announced 24 hours prior! Click below for details and tickets.
