OYSTER SOCIAL w/KARL HOLL of LET UM EAT

Snow, shmo! No matter the weather we’ll be bringing oysters (and meat) to the masses. We’ve got some serious guest star power joining us too. Karl Holl of Let Um Eat will be the turf to our surf, bringing his stellar selection of cured meats (think salumi, ‘nduja, prosciutto-style ham and the best lardo we’ve ever tasted), plus a selection of his pickles and other fun stuff.
We’ll also be donating 10% of all drink sales to the ACLU. Matt from Merit Badge will be shaking up delicious cocktails featuring local New Deal Distillery spirits, including their new Cascadia Bitter Liqueur to match our current mood. Cheers to freedom!
All this along with our signature oyster service, raw bar selections and tapas-style small plates–including seafood pozole (see photo below) and conservas (little tins of preserved goodness) from our friends at Conserva.
