Our springtime menu: we’ll cook for you!

April 28, 2020

Winner, winner, weekend dinners.

Family meals for takeaway.

We have always served a community of curious and ambitious home cooks, but even so, we are very impressed by how much you’ve all taken to this “home-cooking-all-the-time” thing. Still, we wouldn’t be surprised if you’d like a bit of back-up occasionally. Starting this weekend, our kitchen will be packing up takeaway rotisserie dinners with all of the trimmings! These specials are for pre-order only and quantities are limited each evening, so don’t delay!

All dinners include an entree, two side dishes, focaccia, and cookies. Available for pick-up only from 4-6pm each day.

Saturday Dinner: Beef Rib Roast with Red Wine-Roasted Shallot Jus, Roasted Garlic + White Beans, Grilled Escarole, Sea Salt + Olive Oil Focaccia, Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Two: $28.

Sunday Dinner: Porchetta + Salsa Verde, Herbed Orzo, Braised Greens, Sea Salt + Olive Oil Focaccia, Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Two: $24.

Monday Dinner: Arrosto! Whole Rotisserie Chicken, Chicken Fat-Fried Potatoes, Arugula Salad, Sea Salt + Olive Oil Focaccia, Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Four: $36.

Add a bottle of wine: Red, white, or rosé pairings available for $15, $25, or $50.

Reserve your dinner for this weekend: [email protected].

Spring Menu – Takeaway Foods

We always offer a mix of ready-to-eat and take-and-heat dishes for your dining pleasure (and cooking relief). Salads, marinated meats, sandwiches, and our classic frozen entrees make meals at home that much easier.

Spreads + Dips: Hummus, White Bean Spread, Smashed Peas and Mint, Whipped Feta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salads: Kale + Farro, Asparagus + Morel Mushroom Conserve with Grilled Red Onion, Olive Oil-Poached Albacore Niçoise, Arugula and Chicories Salad with Anchovy Vinaigrette, Quinoa Salad with English Peas + Preserved Lemon

Sandwiches: The Italian (sliced coppa, prosciutto cotto, mortadella, mozzarella, arugula, hot peppers), The Parisian (ham, brie, butter, dijon)

Proteins: Breaded Pork Cutlets, Marinated Chicken Legs

Frozen Entrees: Spring Vegetable Cannelloni with Herb Cream Sauce, Vegetable Pot Pie, Chicken Pot Pie, Veal + Pork Meatballs in Marinara, Alpine Macaroni + Cheese, Carne Lasagne, Verde Lasagne

Coming Soon: Par-Baked Pizza Crusts (Marinara or Sauce + Cheese)

Pick-up + Delivery

Our pick-up and delivery service helps to keep our community healthy by significantly limiting the number of people in the store. While it is a lot safer, it is also a bit slower, and our team is working hard to keep up with the growing demand. Thank you for embracing our new service—we’re so happy to keep you well-fed!

Whenever possible, we ask that you please choose our curbside pick-up service to keep home delivery capacity for customers who need it most.

How To Order

  • Based on current demand, all orders are for next-day pick-up or delivery. We offer pick-up and delivery Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesday).
  • Explore our department lists and photos at the bottom of this page to help write your shopping list. We also share shelf tours and product spotlights in our Instagram Story highlights.
  • We are doing our best to keep our regular offerings on the shelves, but please let us know if you are open to substitutions for any out-of-stock products.
  • Email [email protected]providorefinefoods.com. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order within one day, when we will assign you a pickup or delivery day.
  • Provide a contact phone number where we can reach you for payment details and any questions that we have regarding your order. Please make sure to be available for a call on the day of your order, which may come from an out-of-state area code (we’re all using our cell phones).  We will take payment and quote a pick-up time on that call.
  • If you’d like to tip our staff, please specify a dollar amount when we call to confirm the order. It is much appreciated, but certainly not expected.
  • Whenever possible, please choose our pick-up service to leave delivery slots available for customers who need them the most.

Pick-Up Service

  • Minimum order is $30.
  • Read more details here about what to expect when you pick-up.

Delivery Service

  • Within a 5-mile radius: Minimum order is $50 with a delivery fee of $5. For small orders, we encourage you to utilize our pick-up service whenever possible. Free delivery with orders over $150.
  • Between 5- and 10-mile radius: Minimum order is $100 + delivery fee of $20.
