Our Latest Seafood Options at Roots

March 3, 2020

Roots Latest Seafood Options

Did you know at Roots, our salmon is cut fresh daily from whole fish? Our salmon is never frozen and we get them within 48 hours of harvesting because to us- freshness matters!

Our current salmon is served with lentils du puy, grilled asparagus and mustard creme fraîche we make from scratch in house. If you like salmon, you’re going to want to try this one!

Another highlight from our dinner menu is pan-seared sea scallops with creamy mushroom risotto, bitter greens and sherry vinaigrette! Our scallops are perfectly seared on the outside with the perfect buttery texture inside, this scallop dish is a can’t miss meal!

Other offerings right now include the gluten-free fried calamari, tamari glazed prawns, our classic crab-avocado stack and our seasonally rotating mussels.

We LOVE serving seafood and hope to see you soon!
