On Thursday, May 24, Portland’s modern farm-to-table steakhouse, Urban Farmer (525 SW Morrison St.), partners with WillaKenzie Estate to host an Oregon Wine Month Dinner, a four-course dinner with locally-inspired wine pairings from the heart of the Willamette Valley. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., Urban Farmer’s Executive Chef Matt Christianson and WillaKenzie Estate winemaker Erik Kramer guide guests through a menu that highlights carefully curated wine pairings with a farm-influenced dinner made with hyper-local ingredients harvested from the restaurant’s hydroponic and rooftop gardens and the mushroom incubator.
