Oregon Cider week starts on Thursday

June 19, 2019

Cider Week Is Here

Cidermakers from Medford to Milton-Freewater have a cider for you!

Oregon Cider Week starts tomorrow! From Thursday, June 20th to June 30th, cidermakers and cider bars across Oregon will be hosting festivals, events, dinners and tastings. Wherever you travel, you’ll find Oregon’s independent and intriguing ciders on tap. Create your adventure with a new map of Oregon’s cidermakers. Whether you want to sip a little Bandon Rain on Oregon’s South Coast or sidle up for a cold one at Freewater Cider in Milton-Freewater, you can find an Oregon cider to slake your thirst.

Did you know almost two dozen cideries have opened in Oregon in the last two years? Our map makes it easy to find them all! Or host your own Oregon Cider Week at home. Oregon Cider Week presenter New Seasons Market will offer 20% off cider this Friday, June 21st through 23rd!

Want to get deep? There are only a few tickets left for The Upper Lip‘s Cider Symposium this Sunday afternoon. Or try the best of the best at Loyal Legion on Sunday evening, where the winners of the Portland International Cider Cup will take over the taps!

Get the full Oregon Cider Week Calendar at Oregonciderweek.com!

Oregon Cider Week is presented by New Seasons Market and Columbia Distributing and supported by FruitSmart, Davis Wrights Tremaine, LLP, and the Oregon Department of Agriculture.

Find the Oregon Cider Week calendar in the Portland Mercury on June 20th or go to OregonCiderWeek.com for an updating list of Oregon Cider Week events!
About the Northwest Cider Association: Formed in 2010, the Northwest Cider Association brings cideries and cider lovers together to share knowledge, experience and live the Northwest cider culture.  We are a trade organization formed by cider producers throughout the Pacific Northwest to promote awareness of regional ciders. We sponsor classes and workshops, and create new cider-themed events.
