On the menu: Sweet Corn Ushki, a life-changing garlic soup, and more

September 30, 2021

“Mother Nature is the true artist and our job as cooks is to allow her to shine.”
– Marco Pierre White

Dear Friends,

This week, we continue our celebration of early autumn, with a menu chock-full of ingredients at their peak: heirloom tomatoes, grapes, tomatillos, apples, sweet corn, and so much more.

Supporting local producers has been in our DNA since we opened Paley’s Place more than 25 years ago, and we invite you to browse our Paley’s Place Pantry, which boasts fresh produce, locally-produced items, items handmade at Paley’s and so much more. Don’t forget to scroll down to the end of this email to see more of the farmers and purveyors we proudly work with.

If you’re looking for a meal prepared with love to enjoy at home, we have some dishes in our Paley’s at Your Place, a full takeaway menu which features many of the items on the current menu, as we all as several à la carte offerings.

Ordering is available now and ends at 10 am on Saturday.

As always, we thank you for your continued support.

Kimberly Paley, Vitaly Paley and the entire Paley’s Place Team
