Olympia Provisions will be hosting a special Japanese dinner in their Northwest restaurant on Wednesday September 9th at 6:30 pm. This is a very unique opportunity for guests to sample chef Alex Yoder’s renditions of Japanese recipes found in Nancy Hachisu’s “Preserving the Japanese Way” cookbook. Nancy will be on site during the event speaking with guests, sharing food, memories, and walking guests through what is so unique about Japanese farm food, cooking, and preserving.
This dinner will feature five courses paired with a variety of booze with locals wines, beers, and cocktails all making appearances throughout the menu.
