Fall is officially here and we’ve updated almost our entire menu to celebrate one of the Northwest’s most exciting produce seasons! Local squash, sweet peppers, potatoes, cabbage and chard are front and center on the new menu. Above is our new pumpkin risotto with sautéed heirloom squash, crispy leeks, toasted pepitas, Grana cheese and aged balsamic vinegar.
