PORTLAND, Ore. – August 15, 2015 – Chef Stacey Givens of The Side Yard Farm & Kitchen is hosting six Portland chefs for a trip down memory lane, one course at a time. Join our
communal farm table for an evening of food nostalgia. We welcome Timothy Wastell, former chef at DOC & Old Salt Marketplace; Mika Paredes the creative producer of Meatopia and former chef de cuisine of Beast; Gregory Harrison, the chef of Grain & Gristle; Deepak Saxena the chef and owner of DesiPDX; Jared Goodman, the pastry chef and owner of Morgan St Theater; Dillon DeBauche, the chef of Little t Bakery; and chef Stacey Givens.
These seven chefs will create dishes inspired by summertime, their youth and food memories. Produce and artisan goods will be sourced from the NE Cully Neighborhood, and the meal will be paired with lil’ cocktails by Dogwood Distilling
