“A New Nordic Smorgasbord: Scandinavian Summer menu”
described by one of our diners as “a lovely sequence for a summer night”
This menu was inspired by the Nordic food Justin enjoyed while living and working in Denmark. The use of local ingredients in both classic and modern versions of the cuisine and the philosophy of dining he saw in Copenhagen, motivated Justin to create a menu in that spirit with our local ingredients.

Available for pick up Friday, July 9th & Saturday, July 10th between 4-6 at OK OMENS (next door to Castagna)When ordering, you will only be given the option for ‘parties of one at 4pm.’
This option is for one set meal and feeds two people and can be picked up anytime between 4pm-6pm
