Chef Michelle Tam from Nom Nom Paleo will be traveling to Portland next week to join Chef Gregory Gourdet at Departure for a modern day, Paleo brunch. Patrons can expect a fun cafeteria-style service with signature bold and creative Departure flavors for Portland’s favorite meal.
