No More Christmas Music

January 8, 2020

I was torn as to which direction this newsletter would go. Initially, I was going to talk about the great time I had spending the holidays in Montana with my girlfriend and her family, however, the feeling of melancholy is setting in and there’s no more uplifting Christmas music to raise my spirits. The natural January lull has also been met with mixed feelings about a member of our team who is no longer with us. A change had to be made but, ultimately, this change will be good for us and this individual. We’re thankful for their efforts and hard work. I know they’ll go on to succeed in a different environment and we’ll grow from this experience.

Ingredients may be limited this time of year, but we’re filled with excitement as there will be many long-awaited changes to the menu. The inconsistent schedules that come with the holiday season forced me to play a safer hand and spontaneity played less of a role in our menu.

Our first Valentine’s Day will showcase a similar menu format to our omnivore menu, with a little extra cuteness that will hopefully make for an extra special evening.

Tickets for February are available through Tock.

We’re so grateful for your support and the experiences shared in 2019 and would love for you to experience our growth.

Vince
