Boxcarr Handmade Cheese’s Nimble
Boxcarr Handmade Cheese is a small family farm located in Cedar Grove, North Carolina. They make small batch artisan cheeses inspired by small country farmsteads in Italy. For now, they source their milk from a neighbors herd of Jersey and Holstein cow’s and Nubian, Alpine, Sannen goat’s milk from another nearby neighbor.

Cheese Bar Pizza Night Continues!
Every Wednesday evening throughout the Spring and Summer we will be serving Sicilian-style pizza starting at 5pm. Each week we will be featuring two pizzas, one meat and one vegetarian, using seasonal ingredients and of course, delicious cheese!
