Next Smash Burger Pop-Up with Will Preisch at Abbey Road Farm on Sunday, April 4th

March 29, 2021

Sip & Shop + Smash Burgers Every Month at Abbey Road Farm

Renowned chef Will Preisch – formerly of Holdfast and Abbey Road Farm‘s new chef/innkeeper is launching a Smash Burger pop-up at the new monthly Abbey Road Farm Sip & Shop! On the first Sunday of every month, come out to the farm, enjoy a flight, glass or bottle of wine from the Abbey Road Farm winery collective while shopping for locally made goods. Stock up on farm fresh eggs laid by the resident hens, fresh baked goods, drink mixers, fresh cut flowers, jewelry, up-cycled wine barrel furniture, lotions and soap, pottery and more; AND grab a fresh, juicy, crispy, hand-made smash burger. No visit to Abbey Road Farm is complete without grabbing a property map, and taking a stroll through the farm to meet their animal friends including the Great Pyrenees pup-in-training, Abigail Grace!

The first Sip & Shop of the season is on March 7th, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m and will recur on the first Sunday of every month through the end of the year. Reservations are highly recommended to have reserved seating for wine tasting.

What is a smash burger? Think thinly smashed beef patties, grilled to a crispy crust under a cast-iron press, slathered with sauce and melting cheese on a fluffy bun.
