with Bacon, Caramelized Onion,
Gruyere, Nutmeg Creme Fraiche
Merguez & Clam Pizza
Cocktail: Sbagliato Negroni
(Negroni with Champagne instead of gin!)
Fun fact: Sbagliato means “mistake” in Italian.
But make no mistake, this drink is delightful.
So if — come Mondays in May — you aren’t at St. Jack slurping oysters and sipping bubbles on our patio, then come to Ned Ludd!

St. Jack’s inaugural SOUS NAMI SMACKDOWN was huge hit!
We are so proud to announce that our very own sous chef, Amanda Williams ,
took home – not only the GRAND PRIZE
(a knife and stone donated from Portland Knife House),
but the People’s Choice Award to boot!
Everyone agreed that she was frickin awesome.
St. Jack’s Bubbles & Bivalves
Wine Director Christopher Sky’s weekly wine pairing selections are
equal parts geeky and crazysexykewl.
Six oysters (two kinds) and a flight of classic oyster wines
(three of em), and all I can say is it is a screaming deal.
