New Year, New Horizons

January 28, 2020

We began this new decade thinking about all the things that are important to us (food, fire, nature, craft, connection, community, sustainability, seasonality) and what we most want to share with you in the year ahead.

We wondered, how can we better inspire people who love food to care more about the many hands who farm, fish, forage and craft it? How can we deepen their connection to the source through our seasonal farm to fire cooking?

Guided by these pillars, we’re planning some experiences that we’re truly excited about! Below you’ll find some events, classes and adventures we’ve designed to help you connect to your food, nature and one another in ways that we hope you’ll find meaningful and inspiring.

Stay tuned, as next month we’ll also be announcing new dining experiences in extraordinary places with people we greatly admire.

See you at the table,
Mona + Jaret
