This week, just in time for summer, we’re spotlighting one of our favorite berry vendors, Pablo Munoz Farms.
Pablo started his career on a cattle farm in Dayton, Oregon and eventually found himself caring for and managing a small peach orchard on the property.
Pablo’s mentor Ron encouraged him to start his own company and Pablo Munoz Farms has become a staple for high-quality, chemical-free produce in the Pacific Northwest.
We are using these incredible Seascape Berries in our Strawberry Shortcake Frozen Custard, Strawberries & Cream Tiramisu, and the Strawberry Red Wine and Thyme Jam on our Gioia Cheese Co. Burrata plating.
