New Tasting Menu Featuring First of the Season Alaskan Halibut

THE NEW MENU FEATURES ALASKAN HALIBUT!

The change in weather has us daydreaming about spring ingredients. The new six-course tasting menu kicks off tomorrow, April 3rd and runs through April 14th. It features
butter poached first of the season Alaskan halibut.

$125 per guest with optional wine pairings for $50.
Inclusive of service fee, gratuity optional

nettle, leek & goat’s milk yogurt vichyssoise
curried spot prawn sauce, puffed buckwheat

chicken liver & parmesan ragu tortelli
sherry glazed wild spring onions, urfa pepper chicken glacé

butter poached Alaskan halibut
smoked clam broth, spring radishes
sorrel-tarragon béarnaise

Viridian Farms spring greens
turmeric pickled Japanese turnips, crushed breadcrumbs
fennel pollen-tomato conserva vinaigrette

manchego media curado
chickpea blini, black lime curd, olive oil caviar

fromage mont blanc
chestnut brown butter, pretzel toffee
mandarin orange sorbet
