New! Summer dinners at home.

June 10, 2021

Summer Dinners at home!

Greetings!
We are happy to announce the return of our take-home dinner series! With the covid winter behind us, we thought this would be the perfect time to have a little fun with our themed menus.
With our tongues planted firmly in cheek, we’ve decided to call our new take-home dinner series
‘Chef Justin Cooks Whatever the Hell He Wants.’  :)

As a contrast to the refined, modern cooking of the typical Castagna tasting menu, these meals represent a completely different expression of Chef Justin’s cooking. The open format allows him to explore whatever is inspiring him at the moment, whether that be regionality, nostalgia or cooking technique.

Each themed menu will be offered for only two weeks and will be EXTREMELY LIMITED.

For the first in the series, inspired by watching Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy, Justin transports us to Emilia-Romagna.
