New Tasting Menu for Spring!

Greetings! We are excited to announce our new seasonal 10-course tasting menu.  We will introduce a new menu for each season – beginning on Wednesday, March 4th with our Spring menu.

menu $125 wine pairings $75snacks

our breads and butters

dungeness crab, manzanilla olive béarnaise, kohlrabi

cherrywood smoked trout, sweet spring onion, curry leaf

wild spring mushrooms, crème, purple mustard

lamb tartare on the bone

spring vegetables in consommé, jamón ibérico

lamb, fermented garlic, charred allium, rapini

rhubarb, satsuma, olive oil jam

nocino ice cream, okinawa black sugar, malt

buttermilk fried chicken – bitter greens, radish, green szechuan peppercorn, hot sour cream

warm chocolate brownie – creme fraiche ice cream
