The next six-course tasting menu at Beast starts on January 30th and will run for two weeks. Naomi is drawing inspiration from her upcoming trip to Japan at the end of March where she will be working with the Toshiba Foundation leading cooking classes utilizing Japanese ingredients with more western style techniques.
